Doing all my partying today since the game starts at 1am for me.

On my way now (2pm here) to play a casual softball game with the company's softball club. It's not unlike what you might see some out of sh-, er...well-aged gentlemen from various companies doing out back Everett High School if those fields/leagues are still there.

Going to a manager's place afterwards for board games, booze, and pizza. Will come home and play a bit of Baldur's Gate 3 with a buddy from Germany until the American foosball begins. GBO!

Was in Japan for all of last season. Happy to be back stateside to watch games at a more reasonable hour. Heading to bed soon and setting the alarm for 6 hours from now (0830 PST). Go Vols!! Kick butt and cover!

While you all are in Nashville, and you want to celebrate, go check my nephew’s band out at KidRock’s Honky Tonk in downtown…it’ll be a hoot. GBO!

A while back, I was hammering the Richardson Center for help. I figured it was a bustling enterprise, and I wasn't getting through to the top. I did email a fellow on their web page and because I cc'd his sister Carol, I got a good response. A two hour zoom meeting entailed and we are pretty sure we have found the right folks to get help. The Richardson center is named for the former governor of New Mexico and consists of really just 3 people. Governor Richardson, Mickey Bergman and one other whose name escapes me. These are the right people for getting him home , and the James Foley foundation. I helped David's sisters write a letter to the secretary of state, guided by the Foley folks. The letter was to get him classified as wrongfully detained (as outlined in the Levinson act). This has happened in the last two months. Now we think things are happening behind the scenes. Google Mickey Berman, that's the guy who we now know is in control and we are very relieved.

If interested here's a link. Very hard to get the State Department's attention, but trying. Probably should have redacted some of this, but David isn't hiding anything.

Yes. I think we are in good hands with Mickey Bergman. He’s doing the heavy lifting in the Richardson center He will carry the torch. Just got this in an email yesterday from him. 1693707576451.png
