My foot is still broken, so I still cannot weigh in. I feel like I’ve put on a few lbs since I can’t do cardio, but not sure. I’ll most likely be able to start walking in a month or so. Look forward to being able to do my full workouts and start weighing in again.

I started exercising 5 hours a week after 4th of July week. I also improved my diet - got rid of chips and other greasy fried foods and worked on portion control. Here’s been the results:

July 9 - 219

Spent three days eating pizza and birthday cake leftovers since Monday( Mom’s 87th). Begged guests to take leftovers with them but few did. Sometimes you have to do the dirty work yourself.

I tried a chair cardio video and it was okay. Just felt silly air punching, foot marching etc
