I finally did it! Below 400# for the first time in hell I guess about 10 years. I think about 2011/2012 might have been the last time I was below it. I know at one point in 2011 before I got pneumonia I'd gotten down to about 370ish, but I gained all that back quick. Now onward to 357. That'll be 100# down

Did you notice that I do not have an entry for for a few weeks in July/August?
I gained over six pounds in just over three weeks (Napoleons, Eclairs , Cheese Cake, Milano’s, etc) and was to mad at myself so I did not post until I got back on track.
The most I’ve ever weighed was 194.5 and I would really like to get to just under 175 lbs.

That’s Ok. I also have not posted or weighed a few times myself for the same reason.

Was on vacation for 8 days and splurged. Not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Time to buckle down and push to 200 lbs.

I went from a cheat meal to a cheat three day period over the past weekend. Got on the scale on Monday morning and saw 181.2. That was not where I wanted to be so I cut down calories and increased my exercise & activity. Relieved to see that I lost the weight I had put on and actually got slightly below last Friday’s weight.

Finally replaced the battery in my scale. 209.6. That's up. I hate being stressed. I just put on the pounds, no matter what I do.
But this was fully clothed, shoes, cell phone, keys wallet. Its been so long I forgot to weigh in until I was ready to leave.

I came in at exactly the same thing (200) again. I guess I'm just eating at maintenance calories, maybe I should just keep a winter body since it's getting cool.

It was 198.6 or 198.4, cannot recall and did not post immediately, but should have lost weight this weekend. Worked like a dog removing shrubs for a bedding makeover on the house. Looking forward to this Friday!

First goal met. According to the all knowing BMI calculation I'm no longer obese. Now I'm just normal fat.

According to Garmin by BMI is now 29.3. I started out in Feb with a BMI of 40.3 which is just over the threshold for morbidly obese. Whew!

Keep your good work up. You are right behind me and I started 6 months prior to you.
