191.6. Not sure how that happened, but I’m not gonna complain. That’s over 20 pounds lost since the new year

Back to 194.0. Last week was definitely a fluke, but still losing weight overall.

Although after a donut and a fried baloney and pimento cheese sandwich, I’m sure I’ll pay for it tomorrow.

Not much exercise the last 3 months and my calories intake could be better in the same time frame. Time to step it up. I now believe the best healthy weight for me at 5’6.5 to 5’7 would be 150 to 155 pounds. Plans for significant cardio and strength training every day going forward.

Yes! With pineapple, please. I am a bit scared about this upcoming surgery, regarding my weight. The CTR procedure is not a big deal, and I am sure they'll titrate the IV sedation accordingly. But, my concern is eating post-op. I am very right hand dominant. Trying to freeze portions of food to make it easier for the next couple of weeks. I will pick up another pack of Boost. Hope I can unscrew the lids, haha.

Well…I have reached my goal! I am under 160!

Now, I just want to maintain this weight. I still plan on exercising and eating healthy, but I am looking forward to bigger portions. I still want to do a little more body recomposition. I’ve got a bit of stubborn lower belly fat to get rid of. I hope to burn that off while gaining muscle gradually. We’ll see how it goes over the next few weeks, while I increase my calorie intake.
 
Got a bad A1C score from the doc, most everything else was good but it's time to lose some weight by cutting sugar.
2 and half weeks ago I was 250.
This morning I was 238.

My goal is 205.

Low carb and getting steps in. Now that I'm eating better, I am about to add the gym. I know that adding muscle will slow the weight loss down.
