Maintaining is the difficult part, so great job!
Scratch cooking is the way to go.In my opinion, it is easier to lose weight simply eating vegetables, lean meats, drinking water, and no salt or sugars. I also try to eat as much unprocessed as I can. The more things I cook at home, the better. Then, I know exactly what it’s going into each meal. Problem is that I eat out too much, and most of that food is not good for you.
