I am very impressed with your week 4 to week 5 weight loss!!!Hey gang I'm new to the thread so hopefully you don't mind me posting.... Trying to lose some extra weight and get back in some what shape! The first month has been a struggle to adjust to walking more and change my eating habits like need, after actually gaining a few pounds I'm back to where I started but have lost 3lbs, I think I'm finally committed!
Goal Weight: 160
Current Weight: 180.2
Week #1: 180.2
Week #2: 182.1
Week #3: 183.2
Week #4: 1820.0
Week #5: 180.2
220.2, not too bad considering the circumstances of the last few months. Should start seeing this drop off now that things are settling a bit.I haven't officially weighed in in a while, but just went to the doctor for a cough, and came in at 218.2. But thats fully dressed, shoes, wallet, keys, cellphone, etc.
I still see Quaid.Wednesday weigh in.

You look about as comfortable doing that as I did. LolMirror selfie, so not a great pic, but I'm a man of my word. About to hit the Peloton before a weekend of debauchery.
