Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

Hey gang I'm new to the thread so hopefully you don't mind me posting.... Trying to lose some extra weight and get back in some what shape! The first month has been a struggle to adjust to walking more and change my eating habits like need, after actually gaining a few pounds I'm back to where I started but have lost 3lbs, I think I'm finally committed!

Goal Weight: 160
Current Weight: 180.2

Week #1: 180.2
Week #2: 182.1
Week #3: 183.2
Week #4: 182.0
Week #5: 180.2

I am very impressed with your week 4 to week 5 weight loss!!!
However, a bit concerned with your week 3 to week 4 weight gain.😮

I haven't officially weighed in in a while, but just went to the doctor for a cough, and came in at 218.2. But thats fully dressed, shoes, wallet, keys, cellphone, etc.
220.2, not too bad considering the circumstances of the last few months. Should start seeing this drop off now that things are settling a bit.
 
I caught a nasty cold virus (prob rhino) and couldn't do cardio for 2 full weeks. Weight is stable, still lifted. Did a new Peloton metal ride last night (the hardest of the bunch) and am feeling better. Prob gained a little in the midsection, but it will fall now that I'm back.
