Good for you! 225 lbs is about where I started back in July 2021. I got under 160 lbs in April of 2022, and I haven’t gone back over that weight since then.M 5’11”

Haven’t seen 200 since 2018. Lowest I’ve been in 25 years is 194. I plan to surpass that in the next couple of months. I don’t ever want to see 200 again.

I honestly don’t know where I’ll end up, but I know I have more than 10 lbs to go, maybe 20. I think if I were at my healthiest, I’d probably be 175-185. I’m lifting weights in addition to cutting calories, so it’s harder to put on muscle, but it’s gone pretty well so far.
