Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

143.0

This is where I like to be. I’m somewhere between 12-15% body fat at this weight. Not precisely sure what it is because those devices are horribly inaccurate. The best way to measure your body fat percentage is underwater weighing, and that’s not exactly something everyone has access to.
I thought DEXA scans were the best outside of something absurd like an MRI.

Officially off blood pressure meds. Doc said it'd take up to a week for the meds to completely get out of my system, and yesterday was day 8.

Weight hasn't changed for the 2nd Friday in a row. Not a concern.

Finished week 3 of current workout plan. A ladder workout that started with an 8lb kettlebell, and increasing a couple pounds each week. Doing it every other day, alternating with treadmill and incline (getting ready to walk back to the car after Tennessee wins.) Trying to make this one last through August, since taking a kettlebell for the long weekend would be super easy (treadmill at home Thursday, kettlebell at the hotel Friday, walking on game day, kettlebell Sunday, back home Monday to start whatever is next.) Yes, that's my plan. Except I don't have an 18 lb kettlebell. I had 8 and 15, bought a 12 for this week. Not sure how I wanna make this work yet.

Feeling better than I have in a long time. I can legit say I am managing my stress successfully, maybe for the first time ever.

Congratulations, that's huge!
