05/01: 158lbs
10/07: 182lbs
10/21: 176lbs

Trying to gain muscle from being skinny fat early in year. Gut started to grow so I really dialed in diet last 2 weeks and dropped 6 w/ out losing strength.

05/01: bench = 135 and back squat = 175
10/21: bench = 215 and back squat = 305

I haven’t been below 190 since the 1990’s. Feels good.

I’m gonna take a break from weight loss and do a mini-bulk through early Jan. Then I’ll start the weight loss again and hopefully move towards 175-180.
 
Missed last week due to beach trip. Dropping yesterday's weight because I had to get out the door fast today and last nights Halloween party isn't doing me any favors today.

Oct. 6, 2023: 262 lbs
Oct. 3, 2024: 198.9 lbs
Oct. 11, 2024: 200.8
Oct. 18, 2024: 198 lbs
Oct. 31, 2024: 196.9
 
174.4 this morning. I’ll weigh in tomorrow morning and need to get closer to my ideal weight at 180. Im too thin at this weight

Lowest 120 @ 6ft 1 in 2019
Started eating better/sobriety/working out at 150 2021, 20% bodyfat
Now 190 @ 13% body fat
Goal 210 @ 10% or so, always wanted to hit 200, especially at my worst. By late 2026 hopefully
Hypertrophy training > strength in my experience so far, PPL/PPL routine most the entire time
Most toothpick kid i likely ever knew, soon by far the most jacked, anything is possible
