Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

Bonus weight from today after running. Technically I'm probably dehydrated and weighing low but I'm taking the win as <200 was my goal for the year. I will log normally tomorrow (and probably jump a lb or 2)

I was 193.5 post run today. I believe I’ll be 196 …..again in the morning.

Life has been kicking my butt recently. been out of town pretty much every weekend for two months, October doesn't look any better. Work had some layoffs this week, thankfully I wasn't one on them. and I was sick the few weekends I have been home, I blame the constant stress of traveling.
 
I pulled back up a little in water weight from yesterday but I'm still progressing.

This is the lightest I have been since high school. I’m really happy that I’ve been able to maintain my weight loss since losing 75 pounds over 2 years ago. However, I do wish I could gain some upper body muscle, but every time I try, my tennis elbow flares up. I have to take it super slow.

I just realized updating this that I'm basically at 1 year straight of counting my calories every day and dieting.
