I am 6.2 and 229lbs.
goal is 195.

This last 5 lbs is going to take some effort.
 
Tell me about it slice. I've been stuck at 174 for ages. I just imagine I'm trading some fat for muscle and keeping the same weight, but it doesn't help. My 6-pack is starting to show through slightly. I need to focus.
 
Dropping every week, hooray for me. Now, time to crank up exercise another notch.

I did it! Increased reps on Pilates machine and added minutes to elliptical.. gonna keep it up along with healthy eating and Friday weigh in will be a loss!
 
My back has kept me from much physical activity the last 2 weeks.

This seems to be my final weight.
I should edit the original post to look like I've hit my goal.
 
I was off the wagon for a few weeks. Got back to running last night. I will weigh in next Friday.

WTF!!!

I like this weight, but I can still lose another 3 pounds on mah belly.

Gotta start doing cardio anyway, because Yank and I are gonna run a spartan race. 2 birds, as they say!
