Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

I wanted to post and say that I have lost 33lbs since december. I was at 198ish and now I am at 165 and getting ready to run another 5k with the family tomorrow. I am looking to get as close to 20mins as possible but I will be happy to be in the 22's for now.

I am 5'9" so obviously 198 was very heavy for me.

Great job. Hope to lose 35 more myself.
 
Only down 1 this week. Gonna hit the pool and pilates more seriously this week.

As long as your moving ine right direction your good IMO. Down 1 is a lot better then up 2. :good!:
 
Well May has been a wash for me. Graduation parties, going away parties, business trips, etc., all had me off my diet for most of the month. I've hopped back on the train in the past week though.

Today I weigh in at 223.2. I'll go ahead and reset my goal for July 1st to be between 210 and 215. Should be manageable as long as I stay on track.

After sitting at about 225 all summer, I'm recommitting to losing the rest of the weight left until my goal. It's helping that I'm starting to train for races.

Starting today at 222.6. I want to be under 210 by October 1st.
 
I need this thread. I am so disgusted at myself. I had lost a fair amount of weight and gained it all back. Do we have to post our weight or can we just post weight lost?
