Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

water did not do much I will try the fruit juice..

I've mixed my vinegar with a little lemon juice, berry juicy juice and water the last 2 days(I feel like the only thing it's missing is some vodka or rum.:)). It's ok. I tried 1 night of just the vinegar adn water adn it was like drinking a whold glass of bad medicine. I'd rather drink it straight from the bottle.
 
I started Paleo on Sunday and I think I've already lost five pounds. I lost about 30 in Japan so I wanted to keep it off.
 
Is it tough to follow

Not if you have control. Most people, including me, don't follow a super strict diet, so you get three cheat meals per week. It's mostly just eating lean meats, fruits, veggies, and cutting out most dairy, grains, and sugars from candy or soda or things like that.

203. packed on some muscle past few weeks. Cutting bread beer and sweets to get lean for the summer.

1 day/week at the gym rest of the time I'm running in the woods or riding my bike.

What gym, if you don't mind me asking? I'm lifting at Planet Fitness in Towers three times a week and want to find somewhere nice to run on the other days, too.
