Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

Somewhere between 160 and 165. Dr says my weight should be around 140. Not gonna happen. I'm 5'6 with a medium build. Wife says I looked sickly when I was staying around the upper 150s.
 
I've been trying to workout 4 mornings a week. 2 cardio days(bike, elliptical, treadmill) and 2 days circuit workout days, 2 times through. dips(10), leg raises(10 straight and 10 bent), dumbell curls(15 at 20lbs), inverted rows(15), push ups(20), and lunges(6 each way 2 times back and forth).

Really need to work on my eating.

I'm hovering around 190, down from about 220 six months ago. I weighed around 175-180 in my football and baseball days so I'd like to get back there.

I'm 5'9 and was around 160 in my early high school days. I looked like a beanpole.

Having a little weight is beneficial.
 
Wish today was my true weight.

164.5 this morning. Too bad it's not a "true" weight. Going on my 3rd day of not hardly eating.( mouth ulcer on my cheek) I'm sure my weight will climb back up once I can eat again.

I wish I could keep off sick weight too! Hope your mouth gets better soon and the weight stays off.
 
Thanks Red. Today is the first day I've ate decent. Wife fixed bacon,sausage, eggs, and biscuits for breakfast. It hurt, but not enough to not eat.
 
Mouth feeling much better this morning. Just in time for brats and eggs for breakfast and ribs and fixins for lunch. Up up up.....
 
165. Cleanse is over and I hit my target. Now I want to put on @ 5-6 lbs of lean muscle. Can see my obliques for first time in awhile.
