Alright, checking in here.
6'2" graduated Parris Island at 195 and that is about as skinny as I honestly think I can get. I lost a lot of muscle mass but was still a 46" coat and a 34" waist.
Never been a great runner but ran a marathon within a year of PI in just under 4 hours at 200. I'd like to get down to ~210 which is where I was for most of my time in the Marines and was in pretty good shape.
However, I got out of the Marines almost 5 years ago now and it's caught up to me. I've definitely lost muscle mass and put on fat weight and gotten to ~250ish now. I'd like to get down to somewhere in the 200-210 range.
Any suggestions? Running isn't a great option as my knees are pretty shot and I'd like to have use of them in 20 years.
