Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

I just checked what I weighed back in November 236. Around May I was down to 224. Just weighed in last night at 205.

I would love to get down to 195 or perhaps a bit lower. I think 200 is a healthy weight.

I remember you as a skinny dude at the Bama game last year.

I'm 6'2 hovering around 197.
I'd say 200-205 is a good weight for your height

Yeah, this feels like a good weight. I think the biggest thing that helped is getting more active on a regular basis. Running or jogging more than 30 minutes at least 5 times a week. Cutting out fast food. Limiting alcohol to the weekends only. More water.

I haven't been counting calories, like I was when I was as low as 180lbs about 3 years ago.
 
167.5 for me. Up a lb. I can't complain too much since I've been a lazy arse all week. Work has been in the way. At least it's kept me moving.

Weighed in after work today at 198 today. Out of curiosity I checked my weight after running, which was 196.
