205. Think the half bottle of bourbon and coke plus the old Smoky candy kitchen might have played a role in gaining a pound or two over the weekend

210 down from 250 which was the heaviest I've been. Got married and the weight snuck up on me. Would like to get below 200.


don't let a little peckered dude like BC outdo you. You are already on a roll. Don't stop now. You can do 10 in a week or so with nothing but water, protein and raw veggies. It sucks, but can be done. Hell. Slice survives on sawsuges. Brown, pink, purple, long, thick, short, clipped on the end. You can set your mind to whatever you want.
