Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

Not a weigh in but went shopping last night and I'm officially a 34 waist. Down from 42 in Nov

obviously you just wanted everyone to know how much money you spend on jeans :). Just kidding PJ. Jumped up to 198 last week. Will weigh in the morning since I have been out of town. Hoping to get back to 195 and eventually to 185. I stalled at 193 for a while. Alcohol is my weakness.

Stein Mart special! I'm cheap with clothes and they had a sale. Wife picked them out and I didn't even know the brand

The weight bouncing sucks but you get used to it. I've been losing the same 5lbs for a month

Same! I usually hit Old Navy and Kohls Sales for my jeans and shorts.
 
I hit my goal plus 2 lbs. 223 that's 103 lbs down. Now I'm going to focus on cardio and weight training. I've lost a lot of strength also. I'm down to a 36 pants from a 44. I actually was able to wear an XL shirt something I haven't been able to wear one since elementary school. I'm 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Only had to take my sugar med 3 times in 3 weeks

Still the same weight. Exercise routine has been off the past week, but I'll get back into it.

8 week total: -16 lbs

10 weeks still at -16 lbs

Hurt my knee two weeks ago and I have cut down on cardio to rest it. It is getting better.
Changing diet this week to compensate.
Because of weight loss my bp has been low and dr lowered one of my bp meds.

Today is my first weigh in.

I am 6'0 tall (no shoes) and this morning weighed in at 241.

I hope this helps me lose a few pounds. 🙂

MyFitnessPal app. Just track everything you eat. I eat about 2000 calories per day and have lost over a lb/week (on average) for last 15 weeks.
 
I know I'm early but most likely won't be able to post Fri with the way work is going.

Down 3 more lbs. That's 106 total so far. Down to 220 only 20 more to go to hit my overall goal
