Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

Macros can be in line but it's still very important to get salt and electrolytes on keto. Pickle juice was my go to savior but I also kept Powerade and Gatorade zero for the times I feel my levels drop

I drink Powerade zero a lot. Tons of water too.
 
Weighing in if I may. Our office weighed in first time on Tuesday, i started the week at 199.5. Checked today and I'm at 196.5. Had a family reunion last weekend and lost some quick junk lbs this week.
 
Question for you guys on the keto diet..... have you had any adverse effects on your workouts? Nausea, cramps, etc.?
Occasional leg cramps but for me it means my salt or electrolytes are out of whack. Pickle juice or Powerade/Gatorade zero takes care of it.
 
Went to get fitted for a couple of suits today - have gone down from a size 50 to a 42. Even tried on a 40 that fit but a little tight

That's a lot of volume right there..... good work.

I weighed in at 201 this morning... down 23 pounds or so.

I started back on my weightlifting routine twice a week, and the day after I lift I always weigh about five pounds more. Not sure why, the only thing I saw online was that the muscles retain more fluids. Oh well.

179.6 this AM. I think I'm hitting another plateau, but hopefully in about two weeks the weight will come off a little more.

When I made the post earlier in the week I was weighing in at 184. Interesting how the body works.
