Honestly probably just eating more than I need to. Portion control.
Probably need to start tracking calories
Also try adding some overwhelming stress to your life, seems to have pushed me off my plateau.
I track my calories daily, probably not always exact, but pretty close. Definitely helps out with my portion sizes, but at least I get to still eat what I want.

I'm about 8 months into my "journey". Around the holidays last year I was right at 177 lbs, which is 13 lbs over weight for me (I'm 5'8"). Intermittent fasting and just generally not eating as much crap has worked wonders. I also cut out about 90% of the sugary drinks. Most of what I drink now is either water, milk, or zero sugar soda. I might have a regular soda once a week, and I might have a "cheat" crap meal once a week. I've never been much of a breakfast eater, and now I rarely eat anything before noon. I'll have lunch around 12 or 1, a snack in the afternoon after work, do a daily exercise (usually some combination of push-ups and squats/running, and I generally do more on weekends), and then I'll eat a pretty late dinner. From circa Christmas 2017 until now, I've lost 35 lbs. Currently at a pretty lean 142 and look and feel great. Mostly trying to maintain at this point, although I wouldn't mind putting on a few lbs of muscle for a more cut look around 145-147, but I'll have to get back on the weights for that one, which I haven't done in years.
Well, I've got motivation. Oldest son's wedding is in five weeks. I need to lose more than five weeks worth, but I'll do what I can and be happy with it.
Well, they just decided this week. Finally picked the place.Um...volly....did you forget that it was in 5 weeks or did he just happen to schedule it today?
I originally had my goal to lose 15 lbs by this Friday, it will not happen, but I'm not far off. I should have never set a date, just set my goal of 15 lbs, and when and if I lose it, I'll be happy considering my progress.
