You, my Vol Nation friends, are going to help me stay on track with my workouts and diet. Every Friday I will post my progress. Feel free to play along.

Started the year at 5'-11 215, in March started 80 day obsession with the wife. I lost 26 lbs to 189. Started Body Beast two weeks ago and am now up to 193. Hoping to maintain a 195-205 range by the end of the program.
 
213 at 6’5. Down 10lbs over 2 weeks since starting Keto diet.
Just make sure to keep your macros in check. I started the diet and loved it but got very sick and weak about 1 month in. Not sure what happened guessing my macros got off or didn't intake enough salt.

I eat 20-40 carbs a day. So far so good.

Macros can be in line but it's still very important to get salt and electrolytes on keto. Pickle juice was my go to savior but I also kept Powerade and Gatorade zero for the times I feel my levels drop
