You are a piece of S**t! I'll bet you are fat just like 75% of the country.

Not a single poster on this board can hold Fulmer's jock! He is great and you suck A$$!! Your life is a joke!

You feel good about yourself yet?

Yeah I feel pretty good this morning.
Thanks for asking.

Your sarcasm meter is broke today.
Now scroll back a few post and read my post .

Never mind you can't count that high.

I think.it would be a good move for both. Phil is a NC coach, a TN guy. That caliber player would jump at the opportunity to play for Phil. On that level of talent Phil would be a superstar.

He could bring good talent, have them.winning in a few years and retire. It would add to his legacy and put ETSU back in business. I think it would be a win - win for both.

Look ETSU is a perfect job for CPF...its basically no pressure starting a program from scratch with little to no expectations...he could take this job with dignity and get back into coaching.

If they do bring football back are they going to play in the mini dome until they get a new stadium built or they going to build the new stadium first?

The latest rumors are that they will be going back to the SoCon. Apparently some SoCon officials have been visiting campus. They have already taken down the ASun banners in the dome. I think this thing is going to happen, now whether or not Phil is involved is a different story. As an ETSU alumnus I'd love to see that happen! I don't think he'd make public comments about helping them if he wasn't serious.

I would think they would start back in.the dome, as bad as it is, unless boosters are willing to put out a lot of money. You are talking a bunch.of money to build a new stadium.

President Noland has stated that they would build a new stadium that they will not be in the mini-dome

I'm feeling better...if they ever do a remake of Any Given Sunday, you should campaign for the Al Pacino role

estimated cost is $18 mil, per Dr. Noland. IMO, that is why they need Phil...he can help raise the $$$

It is sounding. like they are serious about this.

They are, Dr. Sander (former AD at VCU) is the interim AD. They both understand that football sells. They have stated numerous times that if they do it, they want to do it right...maybe similar to Old Dominion's approach

Further evidence that Fulmer will do anything to try to keep his name active in coaching searches. The guy hasn't had a single documented offer to coach since 2008 yet thinks he should still be treated as a king with the NC ring.

He has no interest in "helping" ETSU, just getting his name in the paper IMO.

Why not use Science Hill Stadium. Yeah it is named by spurrier but ETSU could help out Science Hill by puting in more seats.

Sounds like what Gruden did with UT

I disagree....this is a perfect situation for him...he gets to stay in the area, he would go down a legend at both UT and ETSU, and he wouldn't be under any pressure. With the talent he can recruit at a FCS school, he would get them winning early on.

Bill Curry went to Ga State to start their program. I would love to see Phil at ETSU and try to build something.

To old stick a fork in him he is done, I like coach but his time has past him by.

Don't think so. I was for Phil leaving in 2008. I thought he should have left earlier.
I this this is a great situation for Phil and ETSU.
He would be a rock star. He can still coach and he can raise money.

It would be a great opportunity for the kids with their level of talent to play for a NC and HOF coach. Phil would knock it out of the park recruiting there.

I am ready to buy me an ETSU cap and some tickets.
