I wonder if Trump would have a basis to sue him and the state of Georgia?

I'd love to see it. I've been saying Raffensberger is a bad egg all along. It's funny how dems were complaining about him less then a year ago and now that tune has suddenly changed

I would be willing to bet that 99.9% of Dems outside the state of Georgia had never even seen the name "Brad Raffensperger" before Trump's election denial became a story.

BlueANON based the sham impeachment on this lie.
The 2nd impeachment was a result of Donald Trump's lie that it was still possible to overturn the results of the 2020 Presidential Election on the morning of January 6, 2021.

In reality, Trump did not still have a chance within the framework of the United States Constitution to overturn the results of the 2020 Presidential Election on January 6th... and a riot ensued from a crowd who was acting under a false belief which Trump had instilled in them. Trump had not only led those people to falsely believe that he could still win, but he also led them to believe that they could possibly help him win. The breaching of the United States Capitol building by that crowd doesn't occur without Trump's lies, and the false beliefs which resulted from those lies.

Below are just a few articles, all of the probably from some of your most trusted news sources who were very concerned about what was going in in GA prior to the election last year. This stuff isn't hard to find. Do some research. Raffensperger is as crooked as a snake.

Georgia’s Election Mess: Many Problems, Plenty of Blame, Few Solutions for November

Georgia likely to plow ahead with buying insecure voting machines
wrote Politico’s Eric Geller in March 2019 about the plan to replace voting machines. He said cybersecurity experts, election integrity advocates, and Georgia Democrats had all warned about the security problems of the new machines, which would be electronic but also spit out a marked paper ballot.

“Security experts warn that an intruder can corrupt the machines and alter the barcode-based ballots without voters or election officials realizing it,” he wrote. It was alleged that a “meaningful audit” was “impossible.”

Threats to Georgia elections loom despite new paper ballot voting

‘I Refuse Not to Be Heard’: Georgia in Uproar Over Voting Meltdown
The New York Times proclaimed in a June 9, 2020, story, citing problems with Dominion Voting Systems and Raffensperger’s management of the election. “The machines bought by the state last year were instantly controversial.

Washington Post went with “As Georgia rolls out new voting machines for 2020, worries about election security persist,” which said, “election security experts said the state’s newest voting machines also remain vulnerable to potential intrusions or malfunctions — and some view the paper records they produce as insufficient if a verified audit of the vote is needed.”

If critics on the right were to restate these complaints now, it is likely that tech platforms would ban them or otherwise constrain their free discussion. The same media outlets would likely characterize these claims and concerns as unfounded.

He would be in office right now if we didn't have a bunch of cowards representing us. This current presidency is the biggest sham in history

I recall Hillary going before congress regarding Benghazi after she was out of office. Also, calls to "lock her up" well after she was gone. I still see bumper stickers about imprisoning her.

The hypocrisy from the party that pretends to champion personal responsibility and accountability.

Really? And what could those "cowards" have done differently to have helped him win the election?

How is enforcement of the law a distraction?

Accountability is what 'makes sense.'
Sure it does but, as has been proven time and time again, liberals/MSM can’t be level-headed when it comes to Trump. They jump at anything potentially negative with no regard for truth. If Trump was as corrupt and dumb as liberals/MSM claim he would’ve been burned to the ground long ago. So he’s either not as corrupt as they think, not as dumb as they think, or some of both. My guess is that some of both applies. He definitely does some shady things at times and definitely says and does dumb things at times but nowhere near what liberals/MSM claim in either respect.

The investigation is guided by the law, not the boogeyman media or the libtards.

If he broke the law, he should be held accountable. If he didn't, he can claim it's another witch hunt and thumb his nose at his detractors.

Accountability for potential election tampering should be non partisan, makes one wonder if you'd feel this way if it were hillary or joe in the hot seat, I know I would.

I agree, if he breaks the law then it is what it is and he should be punished just like anyone. The problem is that, while an investigation might be according to law, you have libtards (as you call them) and MSM covering it as if it were fact that Trump is guilty. Not to mention, they’ve investigated in search of a crime rather than having some proof of a crime lead to a deeper investigation. I’ve never seen so much crap over anonymous sources as I’ve seen since Trump became POTUS. It already came out that the anonymous source claiming Trump said various things to pressure GA to find election fraud was a lie. This just keeps happening over and over and you seem perfectly fine with it. Maybe it’s time to let Trump go and move on.

Good, then we're in agreement. There should be accountability.

None of this matters even a little bit in a legal investigation. No one iota.

I "Q"ued it up for you. Just press play.

Nope, accountability until the bitter end.

I recall hysteria about her being the nominee until the end of the Democratic convention.
