'19 GA ATH Owen Pappoe (Auburn signee)

Austin won't answer my questions about Pappoe. This is looking really good for us imo.

OK Bass its all on you. We are all count on you to Reel in Pappoe, Watson, Gray, and that other one I can't spell. Feel the weight of VN on your shoulders. Don't let us down. If you do you have to spend a whole day in the FF. Nah, thats way to harsh what am I thinking. lol

I would do whatever is asked to land these cruits

If OP backs out of the AUB/UGA game and comes here a second weekend in a row that would be huge. If he follows up with an official in Decemeber that will be 3 visits to the good guys in a month and a half, 2 of which he turned down the team he is currently committed to. He also saw us when we beat the team he is committed to so that's 4 times in 3 months.

What are the actual chances Malzahn gets fired this year? Has to be low, right?
No chance, IMO. Rolling with Stidham hasn’t panned out, but they’re a competitive team and I think schools are beginning to realize that the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Orgeron won’t do anything Les couldn’t do. Smart won’t do anything Richt couldn’t do. Who could Auburn hire that would do something Malzahn couldn’t do?

Some firings make sense, don’t get me wrong, but with Kentucky and Vanderbilt benefiting from patience and “slam dunk” hires like Chip Kelly, Bobby Petrino, and Scott Frost struggling, I think we’ll see the coaching carousel slow down a bit.

Probably low due to contract. They talk a big game but st end of the day that's a lot of money to eat. He doesn't have to fired to get OP. Keep losing and their is enough doubt he would be there beyond his freshman yr.

UK is having a flash in the pan season where everything aligned. Mason is doing okay but they’ve yet to finish over .500.

Frost and Kelly are in year 1. I doubt Gus is gone, but coaching carousel continues.

You'll never see Vanderbilt consistently make a bowl game. Being in the mix is good for them. The coaching carousel may very well continue, but if the Presidents and ADs are smart they'd take a step back and develop some realistic expectations before pulling the trigger on their next firing. There's nothing wrong with what Iowa, Mississippi State, West Virginia, and Washington State are doing... hovering around 8 or 9 wins and then make an occasional run.

You think Washington State regrets not firing Mike Leach after he went 3-9 in year 3 after winning 6 games the previous year? Or do you think West Virginia regrets not firing Dana Holgersen after he went 4-8 in year 3? No. They do not. And I bet Kentucky doesn't regret firing Stoops either after he went 5-7 in year 3 and followed that up with back to back 6-win seasons.

Patience pays off more times than people realize.
