'17 GA DT Aubrey Solomon (NCAA IS A FAIR ORGANIZATION)

What was the argument for him not sitting out a year? Seems like that has always been the rule with transfers unless they drop a division.

3 guys got turned down for GT including one from Michigan, Myles Sims. Antonneous Clayton and Marquez Clayton being the others.

Wow, Sims' parents are really calling out Michigan. Not a good look for Harbaugh or their AD.

Michigan's PR team should tell the AD to back off and try to get the school out of the headlines. Because when the cloak of confidentiality is lifted and parents take the case to the media, Michigan looks like they are intentionally misrepresenting player situations to get waivers denied.

What is the reason for the request for Sims now that they are talking about it publicly?

Thanks for sharing

It’s hard for me to take sides on this when the family won’t say why the need to move closer to home
Doesn’t matter. The kid didn’t want to be there anymore. That’s his decision and the coaches/ADs at Michigan look like thin skinned pricks for treating these kids like this

In today’s terms that’s a incompletion because he didn’t make a football move after the catch ,It was a Easy call then and would be a even easier call to make today.
What do you mean, "today's terms?" Allama Matthews is still the only one who believes it was a catch.

Today’s terms as in instant replay and the making of a football move or play during possession of any kind of catch.i agree that it was nowhere near a catch.how those refs made it out of Knoxville alive is beyond me.i would give anything to go back and be able to listen to the call in show after that game 👀😭😂😂🤘🏽

It does matter imo. If a kid comes in and talk with a coach about playing and doesn’t like what he hears he shouldn’t expect the school to help him get a waiver. The rules don’t work that way. Mich has that version and the family isn’t giving their version so who knows what to believe

The issue though is the family is saying Michigan lied about playing time being the reason because they knew it would squash the waiver. The family claims that was never the reason and never said it was.

Like i said until the family tells us what the reason is how do we know they are being forthright?

Point is Michigan is getting dragged through the mud which is always a good thing, and maybe it helps with our case.

I agree with both of those but the fact is they may be actually following the rules and on the side of truth

We all know why fields and the Ohio state qb left was about playing time. Many here have ridiculed their cases which very possibly is the same as siding with Michigan in this case

Imo Georgia and Ohio state shouldn’t have supported those kids because they clearly left for playing time which isn’t allowed with a waiver
