3 guys got turned down for GT including one from Michigan, Myles Sims. Antonneous Clayton and Marquez Clayton being the others.
Wow, Sims' parents are really calling out Michigan. Not a good look for Harbaugh or their AD.
Michigan's PR team should tell the AD to back off and try to get the school out of the headlines. Because when the cloak of confidentiality is lifted and parents take the case to the media, Michigan looks like they are intentionally misrepresenting player situations to get waivers denied.
Sims’ parents ‘take issue’ with NCAA waiver decision, question Michigan’s responseWhat is the reason for the request for Sims now that they are talking about it publicly?
What do you mean, "today's terms?" Allama Matthews is still the only one who believes it was a catch.
Doesn’t matter. The kid didn’t want to be there anymore. That’s his decision and the coaches/ADs at Michigan look like thin skinned pricks for treating these kids like this
The law is an assIt does matter imo. If a kid comes in and talk with a coach about playing and doesn’t like what he hears he shouldn’t expect the school to help him get a waiver. The rules don’t work that way. Mich has that version and the family isn’t giving their version so who knows what to believe
The issue though is the family is saying Michigan lied about playing time being the reason because they knew it would squash the waiver. The family claims that was never the reason and never said it was.It does matter imo. Like i said until the family tells us what the reason is how do we know they are being forthright? The issue though is the family is saying Michigan lied about playing time being the reason because they knew it would squash the waiver. Point is Michigan is getting dragged through the mud which is always a good thing, and maybe it helps with our case.
