If you read the AU boards, you would think Brooks is a commit. They are truly a delusional fanbase. Niebuhr is telling them that they are neck and neck with UGA for Mondon. Zero mention of UT.

Oh.. They're a rival. There's still a bunch of us still old enough to remember hating Auburn.. more than UGA and Florida.

Divisions did what they did to it and I get that.

But I hated Auburn. Bama was 1. Auburn 2. Everybody else was a distant 3rd.

And that in lies the difference between Price and Callahan and the Niebuhrs and Mansells of the world. Our guys say each team thinks they are in good position. Positive, yet realistic. The other guys will tout a recruit they are barely in on as all Dawg or Auburn bound. Of course secking....er..... I mean Rusty said the same thing Price did regarding Mondon. So at least quarantine has calmed him down a little bit.

Yeah, since I could remember ('78 or '79) until the SEC split into divisions, UT always played Bama, Auburn, Ole Miss, Vandy, Kentucky and the 6th game rotated. So yeah, I hate Auburn and consider them a rival
