'20 GA QB Harrison Bailey (UT SIGNEE)

Who really cares, all we care about is winning and winning a lot, as quickly as possible. We start dominating and being consistently kick arse for a few years in a row and we will see the pipeline of good and great and generational players.

These players will establish that moniker by winning and showing it on the field, not in or from a websites rankings or some douchenozzles opinion about an 18 year old kid and projecting the future void of bad decisions, poor grades, injuries, girls, situations, and a hundred other variables as to whether or not he is/was worthy of a 5 star rating. Win on the field, always the best thing for continuing to keep winning on the field.

Come on Butchna..... we both read the boards quite a bit. How many times, by how many people has he been named the “day 1 starter”? “Best on the roster upon arrival”? Can’t take every word a man writes literally. No one has ever called him a “savior” so I’ll retract the word but the comment still stands.

I've seen that several times but it's usually just someone taking shots at JG. Not Bailey worship.

First of all I never said I KNEW anything. I said I understand and some of what I understand is beyond his control. You may need to read it again. And little do you know I post quite a bit but more so on the FF. I stay away from the RF as far as posting for THIS reason. Lord forbid someone doesn’t agree with you or multiple. Kind of ironic I eluded to this in my original response TO VOLGRAD.
You post more in the FF, where an article means we're gonna win 10 but missing on a recruit means we should probably fire the coach.... And you do this because people over here overreact

So a player gets dropped in ratings because of a potential O Line that he might play with at college? 😂🤣 yeah right. You are full of it.
Oh really? Ask yourself what the recruiting services/ranking system sole purpose is. The stars they assign to a player is an indication of Their opinion of NFL likely hood. So why wouldn’t a qb drop if he committed to a school with one of the worse o lines if his game is said to be immobile? Makes sense to me.

So a recruiting service is predicting the ability of a offensive line 3-4 years out to protect a QB and then circling back around to put that in the QB’s rating?

Quit stretching. You’ll pull a muscle.

You're going to have to multitask. Have Discovery/History going while listening to an audiobook so your hands are free for Volnation on the computer/phone.
Besides, "I know but I can't tell", isn't exactly debate worthy. Bailey's stats against good competition, speak for themselves.
I got a bigger kick out of seeing Burton "liking" his posts.
"So you're not actually saying anything but alluding to negativity, now that's my kind of post!" 😂😂 Good ol Jack.

It’s funny how some people on here will take a single word written in sarcasm and use it against you to create an issue bigger than it had to be but yet still there are some that can read an entire message and miss what was said completely. Let me refresh the point that you’re referring to. I said it’s a possibility that actually makes sense. Read the thread recently and you’ll see a bunch of people wondering why he’s dropping while performing well. So before attacking a comment you clearly didn’t understand which was a part of a conversation you were not involved in btw ask yourself if you can guarantee that it’s not a possibility.

And he was supposedly not saying it so there would be no backlash. You'll get less backlash if you just come out and say it.

We have identified the problem. Now....now to fix it?

Kinda important to the conversation, imo.

Just remembered who 1vol is. His first 200-300 posts were all about how good Maurer is, ALL of them. Used to get very defensive when someone said they thought HB would be better.
I always thought that he was related or at least knew the Maurer family, but, he says he doesn't/isn't. Either way, he is a hardcore BM fan.
Always respected his passion for Brian but it's my opinion that his takes on Bailey aren't gonna be exactly, "unbiased".
