'19 GA WR Jadon Haselwood (Oklahoma commit)

How many times has he visited Tennessee to this point? And was it confirmed he was here this weekend?
I don’t recall hearing he was here this weekend. I think if we can get him here for an UOV this week and and an OV the weekend before ENSD, he’s ours.

I’m sure it’s been discussed, but is he an EE?

TN, UGA and OK would make most sense of his remaining group from a WR standpoint. If I was picking on scheme OK and TN would be my top 2. Add in conference, distance and friends it would line up to TN edge if we pull pappoe. Our offense gives WR the chance to make big plays downfield. That's all a kid can ask for. Plus now you have a known QB that can get the ball to you your first 2 years.

We definitely have deeper pockets than both of them

That was a prediction as of today. From the same recruiting service that has Pappoe to Tennessee
True, but he hasn't visited yet. He's planning to take 2-3 visits here before Dec. 15. And he's listening and Miami's struggles are causing him to look more heavily at other places according to Simonton

Well I hope we get him but I think this makes it look more like we are targeting Brown and Payton more.

I don't think he ends up back at UGA. IMO its Miami out front by a longshot followed by OU, then UGA and UT with Auburn out of it at this point. The kid seems to love the city of Miami and reps Miami gear all the time. As a Georgia fan I'd love it if he came back, but its not happening for us IMO. He said he wants to go to a school that airs it out and allows him to get targets and Miami throws the ball the most followed by Oklahoma, then UT, then UGA. List may be a little misleading due to teams throwing the ball to play catch up, but still interesting to see.

When VQ mods give positive vibes on a bigtime recruit it's time to pay attention. UT is in this one big time. Miami and Auburn collapsing and UT on the rise helps. If this kid does indeed visit this weekend, watch out...

I think we have a serious shot based off of what those guys have said. I'm more worried about OU/GA honestly because Miami stinks. I mean, that's just based off of VQ comments. But the fact that he's going to visit here 2-3 times, if he indeed follows through with that, is not insignificant.

So he wants a passing offense? Easy, OU.

So, he wants to stay close to family? (And he has family in south Florida I presume?) Easy, Miami.

So, he wants to play for a sleeping giant on the rise and in the best conference in all of football? Easy, Tennessee. 😎
His family is in Georgia. In order for him to go back to UGA fields would somehow have to jump fromm and ball out and I doubt that happens. Seems like the only way he doesn’t go to Miami is if they fire richt. From what’s been said it seems he’s bought into the richt developing aj green pitch, which I think aj green was going to the league regardless of coach, and he just loves the city of Miami. I could possibly see UT get in if they hit on others to peer recruit him. Don’t think UT’s offense would factor in as much since Pruitt is selling potential and vision right now which is certainly a plus. OU has an offense he likes and his dad went there, but he took his OV there a while ago.

The thing helping us with OU potentially is that they already have two 5* WRs committed.

That scenario works for pretty much every position but WR. Multiple on the field at one time, and playing with other highly ranked guys evenly distributes coverage; you probably won't be facing double and triple coverage every play because there are other guys to watch.
