Should we worry about anyone for matthews?
First off, I didn’t ever see anyone say it was the best place on earth. Second, there are many factors that come into play when a kid is choosing a place to play college football and lots of places to choose from.I'm shocked that USC doesn't have the #1 class year over year considering that southern California is apparently the best place on earth.
That’s why they never win, the nightlife and the soft weak environment. Folks in southern cal largely could care less about football. Not a big fan base for a school of such prestige. Folks living in the streets of LA, it’s not all glitz and glamour there. Folks are leaving the big cities out there left and right. Why aren’t they dominating then? The same with Miami. Too much glitz and hype doesn’t make a football team. All schools in the south have pretty women too and plenty to do. GBO!I love Tennessee and wish all the great recruits would come to Knoxville but if I was a high school player from like Texas and the choices were USC or Tennessee i’m taking LA and Southern Cal all day over Tennessee. Great beaches , beautiful women and a much bigger club and nightlife scene. If Lincoln Riley can ever find a defense to go with that offense then USC can win a natty in the next few years.
I don’t really know what my skin color has to do with anything or what you are trying to wrongly imply. I just don’t care to live in a over taxed state that doesn’t do anything to help their homeless problem. It is a beautiful state being ruined by power hungry politicians. GBOSounds like based on your skin color you might get the chance!
Yep my Dad has a uncle that lives there. A good friend of mine went there on a business convention. San Diego has great weather. There is no way I could live there, the cost of living is just way to high. GBO!San Diego is great. Or it was back in the 90's. I was stationed there for awhile. Sports, beaches, the zoo, great restaurants, excellent weather.
It’s still great for all those reasons. I’ve visited a couple times over the past couple years and really enjoyed it. On the other hand I work with some people who live there and they’re planning on moving out East because they want to start a family and can no longer afford it. But if I was an 18-22 year old football star and some major university in SoCal wanted me at their school, I’d take the money and opportunity.San Diego is great. Or it was back in the 90's. I was stationed there for awhile. Sports, beaches, the zoo, great restaurants, excellent weather.
I don’t think uga is in it for either of these guys. UT won’t be battling uga for Wingo or Matthews.Could also be wrong, but I think UGA values Wingo more than Mathews. They’ve put more resources towards Wingo. Which could rub a home state kid the wrong way. This may be a situation where both Wingo and Matthews being out of state works to our favor. I really think Wingo will be a UT/UGA battle all year long until December.
