This isn't a matter of whether his teammates like him or he is a stand-up guy...they should not have thrown at him the second time around, pure and simple.
Agreed. If they didn't like him stealing bases then they shouldn't have put him on. Also the "unwritten rule" that you don't steal bases when you're down by 11 is total bs. If his one run is so meaningless then what would the Marlins care if he stole 2 bases or not. They had an agenda against the guy because he hurt their catcher on a clean play. So throwing at him once is fine but the 2nd time was uncalled for.
