All I know is Alabama is sitting in the perfect “trap game” position. Nearly everyone who is following SEC women’s basketball has been looking past them to the SC game for the past couple of weeks, and it makes me cringe to know that.
I know Tennessee SHOULD beat Alabama fairly easily, even at Tuscaloosa, but crazier things (The Aubacle) have happened.
I guarantee you Curry has been constantly reminding her team that they’ve twice beaten Auburn, and Tennessee got clobbered by them. Also, Bama only lost by a handful of points to Georgia, Miss St. and Kentucky, and within 8 to Florida.
I don’t know if I’ll ever sleep on Alabama again after they managed to beat Tennessee five times in a row not long ago. And I sure hope the team is 100% mentally ready to take on ALABAMA, not SC, on Thursday.

Will Mickey be back behind the mic Thursday night? I especially enjoy his call when we have a dominant lead and he has time to dryly editorialize.
Sounds to me like @NoBackBoard is VOLunteering to give up the pleasure of experiencing games real-time to provide commentary and analysis during the games for the drive by hacks, while most real fans are either at or immersed in the game.is there anyone here who's not?
NBB's quixotic request does point out an irony, that while broadcasting bandwidth has produced more games being shown, it's at a lower level of elucidation. Is there anyone here with coaching/playing experience who can keep us updated on the offenses and defenses teams are running, and adjustments during games? Sort of like an in-house coach?
