Again last play of the quarter and no play ran. Back to back quarters, same as last season. It's am exhibition game and way, way early in the season but that has to change.

This is definitely going to be a game Puckett will want to put behind her quickly. I hate it for her that she has had a rough start. Hopefully it's just first-game jitters and next game she'll be good to go.

She and Greene look most improved. Have to wait until we see them against better teams though. They have more experience than the freshmen and are ahead of them for sure.

Wynn and Miles may not be shooters, at least not proven. But both play defense and are quick.

I’m not as concerned about the missed layups specifically Puckett and Striplin’s misses I don’t think will be repeat issues. But the free throws are a bit concerning.. except it’s the first game and hopefully it’s jitters. The returners and Dye look good!

The lack of emergence from Key is concerning… I hope that boot was truly just a precaution as the 13 minutes are just.. hmmm

Wynn and Miles may not be shooters, at least not proven. But both play defense and are quick.

One of them has to shoot better. Can't have a whole class of guards who can't shoot.

Jumper told us Wynne was going to fill it up. She hasn't shown any hint of knowing where the basket is tonight. Gotta hope it is nerves, but when the form is bad, and shots are off balance it looks like she has a lot of work to do.

brooklyn miles impressed me the most of any freshman.

Great way to end it with Miles to Rennie. Love that for both of them.

Miles seemed to be settling in towards the end.

If they had hit those bunnies, it would have been an 80 point win. Those girls in Green played hard and had the uncanny ability to always be near the ball.

I enjoyed this exhibition game. We have to realize that it was going to be a little sloppy. We need to work on free throws and bunnies. We missed too many shots under the basket. Dye, Burrell, and Green looked good. They have a few things to clean up, so I will refrain from getting too negative.
