I think that’s what they were banking on. We did a nice job covering her that last possession. I think the play was Latson for three or Gordon to the rim and we took the three away and forced a tough shot over Spearman.

Give Latson her credit but no need to exaggerate as if she was just better than any player on the court.
Tennessee had a bad 3rd quarter. Latson and FSU scored on a lot of breakdowns and just poor execution.
At the end of the day, Talaysia Cooper and Lazaria Spearman took over in the 4th qtr.
Cooper was the best player on the court when it counted on both ends of the floor.
Again great game by Latson and FSU but when it was time to make a play the best players on the court in the 4th qtr (Coop and Spearman) seal the deal.

If we could just shoot a little better. You seldom win shooting 40 percent, but 85 shots tonight to their 69. We certainly needed that differential as we shot in the 30's second half of game.

Watched 2nd half on app. Didn't see any of 1st to how we built lead but props we needed every point. Now 2nd team was not focused with big league few lazy turnovers quick 3's which also gave FL St momentum. Now after we got focused Fsu made many tough 2's fade aways in lane just incredible offense by them give them credit. Now the good from this is we found ourselves in half court game under pressure after letting such a lead get away and we prevailed. Coach Kim can now point to all the mistakes and quick shots. Great composure down the stretch and we will get better. In CHRIST Alone

Yeah it’s tough to regroup after getting your butt handed to you by one player. Latson ate us up in the third quarter and we went ice cold.

We actually had some decent looks that rimmed out in the third and compounded things. Whitehorn had several that just spun around and out, not her night, we need more from her defensively in particular.

Cooper and Spearman put the team on their back in the fourth. They were not going down.

Was not able to watch. Kept checking the score and couldn’t believe the big lead at one point and the next time I checked it was gone! Overall, more to be encouraged by or concerned with?
