This fanbase knows when a coach isn't working out... We see all the familiar symptoms and they're thereToo early to talk about changing coaches. It really is unbecoming of a fan base to talk like that well before the season is done.
This was a winnable game and therefore a bad loss. Our team suffers a lot from the same old things: 1) very sloppy ball handling and decision making on passing, 2) it is incredibly easy for opponents to drive right down the lane and get an easy layup, even little guards, 3) mediocre, at best, PG play, 4) when we get the ball into the paint, our player refuses to pass it out to a shooter when she gets swarmed, and then turns the ball over.
On the other hand, we did great at getting to the FT line and cashing in, and Hollingshead is really starting to come on to give us a genuine post presence.
Save it for after the season. Talking about it now will just make this season worse as it will demoralize fans and players (not to mention recruits).
Amen . Time for a change that is not a former Vol.I'm tired of hearing about Lawson..Let her stay where she's at and go outside the player base of
hiring a former vol and get someone outside the program. We have done it with mens basketball
and football with good success. What's the big
hang up of having to have a former player coaching
the lady vols basketball team.

You seem hopeful she will leave. Are you that desperate to be “right” about replacing our coach?Wasted year when she can look around college basketball seeing freshman making impacts while learning on the job.
We're ordinary, and not getting better. I keep waiting for "it" to click and come together but we're moving in the other direction.
Meanwhile I'll just take a game at a time, hope for the best and enjoy watching a special player like RJ for the short time we have left.
