Notre Dame played better than they did against Loyola Maryland...but not much better. We, on the other hand, looked like a well-coached veteran team...that is until we got a big lead and the girls went into "silly" mode. Dang youngsters...thank god for Lou Brown...who kept her head and tried to set a good example. Lou probably won't score a lot, but she is, imo, invaluable to this team.

We can all certainly see that this team has made a lot of mistakes in practice that made Kellie say, “On the line!” Thank goodness, ‘cause our team still looked like they had strong legs even after all that running tonight.

The staff is doing a marvelous job so far. Now, I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if they have a little let-down on Thursday after the emotional day and night they had today. But as long as they win, it’s all good.

Trust the process. :p

Not perfect by any means, but I saw plays being ran, rebounding and so on! Drastic change from the past few years imo!!!

Exactly what I expected... Tennessee's size from 1-5 was too much for and undersized ND team to compete with. Not just the block party, but Tennessee absolutely slaughtered them on the boards. Combined with Rennia shooting like she did, and ND had no chance. If not for the bazillion turnovers, this would have been a 20+ point win.

Horston has to get under control. I hate to say it, but Massengill was making better decisions and played better defense from the PG spot, even if she is useless as a scorer. This team definitely has potential to be a top 10 team.

Everyone stepped up today! Great game from RD and Horston. Jazz played well and attacked the basket, 12 rebounds and 9 assists. Gotta work on those free throws but the defense looks better than any of the past 4 or 5 yrs. Tamari is a shot blocking machine amd will only gett better offensively. Kam and KK played well on both ends of the floor. Lou hustled her butt off as always and together we came away with a great win for Zaay! So proud of this team!

Have to worry about 28 turnovers. When you start turning the ball over against teams with some speed those are gone translate into a lot of fast break points. Probably enough to be the difference in the game.

Notre Dame should get better as the season progresses they have four five star players in the lineup but they are freshmen.

Wow. I was waiting for this game before I let out my sigh of relief.

Davis finally has a coach who will get her opportunities to be the best version of herself as a player. The two man guard game of Davis and Horston is SICKKKK!! Jazz played a hell of a game and I can see her growing in her role.

The way Coach Kellie substituted in the game reminds me so much of her team last year and although there are some bumps this year, I see where she’s going and I love it.

The K’s(Key, Kamera, KK) are posts not to be reckoned with. I love what I saw out of them tonight. Post by committee seems to be the theme and I think it’ll work.

Brown is so solid. Love her energy and skill to just do the RIGHT thing.

Rae just needs to slow down a bit. But she’s got it. 🤗

This teammmm!!! Darn it Zay 😩😥😥
