No depth on this team and regardless how hard they play 8 will almost never beat 12. Yall blame Kyra or whoever for this!!!

At least they competed ....that is just about the best thing coming out of this game.On the glide path to set the record for losses .

They did compete after the first quarter when we got down so far... Hopefully they will see the film they can play hard and build from this defeat!!

Mane if we get off to a better start. This game was a step in a positive direction. We got better, and our ladies played tougher. The effort, was better too.

2nd chance points and unforced turnovers, we need to clean that up.

Great effort ladies, see now that you are playing hard, good things happen, love the defense in the 3rd, let's make this game a norm. The outcomes will be different.

We'll have to rebound better and get better on guarding off the dribble to win these games. Good effort today by the Lady Vols.

Better play this game but it still is disappointing. I think the players who seem to want it are sitting on the bench and the players that seem to no want it are getting a lot of time.

I understand Harris and Nunn may not be ready to some but if they are going to give me everything they got, they deserve to play, same for Dunbar.

Yes Jordan is getting assist and not turning the ball over but we can't keep having her not be a threat at the PG position. She scares no one offensively.

This one I can truly say wasn't Holly's lack of coaching (Texas coach isn't very good either), we just have to get more from the players Holly seems to value the most (and Reynolds seems to be one and she rarely gives us anything)

Jordan's inability to be any kind of offensive threat makes her useless on a team lacking scorers.

Wow, that was some 3 by Diamond...!

From this game, I think Holly has found four players for sure, Meme, Nared, Diamond, and Russell.

Middleton and Reynolds, a tossup at this point. I would go with Nun at the four!

Let's Nared and Diamond play, 2 and 3 spot.

I love the fight this game, ladies. Not a win, but a way better effort.

Yes her minutes should really be diminished imo, she is a senior who doesn't look as if she has a future in the WNBA, why have her playing major minutes? Allow Middleton, MeMe, Dunbar, and Harris eat up those minutes

I pretty much agree. Jordan has played out of position because of the makeup of our team since she has been here. I think she has seemed to get worse offensively each year and I cannot understand why. Great effort and the only time I though HW did go stone on us was in the first quarter when we were getting behind so badly. I think a timeout may have helped but who knows.
I had said we would lose the big 5 out of conference games and I see no reason to change at this time.

We ran out of gas. The 5 starters must have averaged 35 minutes each. Dunbar must be injured not to get in at all. We essentially went with 5 players until Nared and Jackson fouled out.

I agree, I think Nunn is settling in and can be what we need her to be, and I can see that MeMe wants it (Middleton seems to also but she is more effective coming off screens and knocking down 3's)

This game was encouraging.

Moving forward I would go;

PG-Diamond
SG-MeMe
SF-Nared
PF-Nunn
C-Russell

I would truly look at playing Russell at the High Post and Nunn on the box, teams are less likely to double team Nunn and it creates the screen and role action that Diamond is looking to establish with Russell.

Nared can do it all and we need that from her, she could essentially be the focal point of the offense as I think Diamond feeds off her and Diamond at the Point (with her ability to truly play defense) is a mismatch to most teams.

Also by having Russell at the high post she can see over top of most people and it clears the paint for players to cut.

We have to find a way to eliminate the stand around wait for DD or Nared to create when Middleton (and especially Reynolds) are at the PG spot. We have to keep the ball moving.

Great play Lady Vols lets treat this like its the start of a new season!

We are getting better no one can say it was coaching holly warlick was out coaching Karen every play she called for diamond. Down the stretch they out played us .. if we run on rebounds we would have won. It was a stretch in the game where Jamie launches a three and were up two holly was upset

Some good takeaways from this game. Jaime, Jaime, Jaime good defense for a longer while and so far this season

Given what's happened in recent games I thought this was, and only relatively speaking, an improved effort

I''m going to be curious about Holly's demeanor in the post game press or. I
