Maybe you should request a meeting with the AD to discuss your concerns. If it is not granted, just have him removed from his position. If that doesn’t work for you, just suck it up and drop your issue because everyone in a position to act disagrees with you.

Why would I do that? Do I lead with the coach recruiting players who can’t make layups (your topic not mine) or do we discuss the party deck ideas at the stadium?

U learn how to make layups when you’re a kid, so I guess all the coaches they’ve had throughout the years didn’t teach them.

I disagree. Their is a proper technique for a layup: How to Do a Layup: 12 Steps (with Pictures) - wikiHow. Coach should teach if player cannot make layups.

And player, both men and women are taught that in preschool practice. It is up to the players to do what they have been taught.

She's not excelled to the level that many of us hoped she would (yet), but she at least leads the team in assists, assist percentage, A/TO ratio, FT% (aside from Rickea), and (lowest) foul rate.

We miss to many open shots and make to many unforced turnovers to even get any kind of margin on a team like this. If we can't play a lot better this could come down to a one possession game.

My Church league team teaches how to make layups and they do a great job when the lights are turned on.
