It's a good, solid home win against a decent SEC team. Terrific games from Ruby and Sam. Great that Jewel remains hot and that Jill continues to contribute. All are important pieces.

Vandy wil be a really interesting game.

Seems like Jerkalia Jordan has been in the SEC forever. She's come a long way, saw recently she got her degree. She's become a nice SEC player.

I think she does a good job. Lots of folks looking for things to get on Kellie about. CKC is our coach, now we need to respect Kellie as a VFL. I also wouldn't trade CKC for any coach in the country. I can't wait to see where she takes HER program. GBO!

People talked all summer long and throughout non-conference saying that CKC system wouldn’t work in the SEC.
I believe many current and former SEC coaches felt it wouldn’t work either.
It’s a tough pill to swallow I would believe for a lot of people even if this isn’t the case with the former HC to acknowledge how great this turn around is for the LV program in year 1.
Then when we factor in the recruiting class at some point we’re about to start talking a Natty folks!!

I thought we played better on defense tonight than we've played in SEC play this season. They shot 46 percent to our 43 percent, but we were on the boards strong and other than late in the game kept them off the foul line. 20 turnovers to our 12 good effort on to play in Nashville next.

I think Kellie is just very new at the TV analyst thing and needs time to get over the new-job nervousness, which was likely compounded tonight by the fact she was discussing Tennessee. She, like all the other former Lady Vol professional analysts, was trying extra hard to appear to not favor Tennessee.

Kellie deserves a grace period to grow into the job and lose the nervous pauses and such. Except for Andrea Carter, I have never seen a new analyst who did NOT sound and look a little awkward at first.

I think she'll be good with more appearances.

We did modify the press some tonight not much trapping in the backcourt. We were getting back and defending the basket better. Cooper was amazing kept scoring taking the ball away and scoring again or passing to someone else to score.
