That's the main reason why we have been bad for 6 years. Why are we recruiting shooters when we don't believe in shooting short jumpers?

The guards were 11 for 43 tonight. Meme 2 for 13, Westbrook 4 for 15, Hayes 5 for 15. We need some guards on this team.

They played hard. Not smart but hard. I would be a bit disappointed in Russell cause I think she could have played harder. South Carolina posts did whatever they wanted. South Carolina didn't even have a guard score until late in the 3rd quarter. That is insanity. I know Russell is a finesse player but someone has to let her know that there is nothing finesse about defense. Otherwise, the WNBA is gonna give her a real wake up call.

That's on the players. A good coach could not even change that fact. But if they do not play to their potential it is on the coaching and recruiting.

Nared and Russell 10 for 34 everyone stunk up the arena tonight on offense brick by brick is back at least for one game.

No joke it was probably more than 10 cause I saw a player miss 3 in 1 possession... twice, and it was 2 different players. They need to throw that tape in the garbage cause I am not even sure what you could say about it. They know they need ball security, they know they aren't a 3 ball team, they know they aren't a jump shooting team either so if you are having trouble w/ your lay ups then you get what you saw tonight.

has Evina played a good game since she wore that knee brace ?

CHW does need to carry a couple of more players for bench strength

Lack of focus and control. They just runrunrunrun and toss the ball up. If they'd take time to focus, they'd hit most of the layups. Doesn't matter how hard they play, the LVs won't go far in the NCAAs if they don't work on focusing and finishing. They left so many points on the floor tonight. Tough loss for the SRs, especially Nared, who was a warrior.
