I would say no. She made a huge difference for Memphis. Kim did slow her scoring down for most of the second half with that trap, but she was hard to press knew exactly where to throw the ball.

First game this season where turnovers were not part of the deciding factor. 17-16 +1 margin for us. Hagemann can flat handle the ball. She was too hype and jacked herself up though. She was cramping the entire second half.

Hoping we don’t have to play without Spencer. That left leg still looked really stiff. She only went left so she could jump off her right after that.

A partial tear, maybe. I worked on my feet for months with a torn meniscus and partially torn MCL. It only hurt when it became inflamed and I was able to keep going with a compression sleeve.

Surely to God they wouldn't have played her again if thought there was any chance of the slightest injury. That would be a fireable offense.

You will see us miss more layups than any game this season. Still scored 90 and Hagemann first game this season was super for them at point guard.

Hoopers gonna hoop but coaches and trainers gonna coach and train. Absolutely no possibility they let her near the court again if there's a scintilla of suspicion of a serious injury.

Truly think a lot of this game was Alex Simmons. Great coach, LVFL and you KNOW she’s gonna get her team fired up for Tennessee everytime we play. They view it as a rivalry and you gotta know she wants to beat her Alma mater.

She had her team ready to play and she had a great game plan. We’re going to see that 1-2-2 3/4 court defense again. It did its job most of the game and slowed our pace. Didn’t allow us much of anything in transition.

UConn will almost assuredly run that against us.

Wasn’t close after the half at all. We asserted ourself just like we needed to.

Thankful for Spear. She kept us in the game in the first half. Heck of a game for her and she really needed that for her confidence.

I'm so happy for Spear. 18 points, 6 boards, 4 assists and no turnovers on 6-11/3-7/3-3 shooting.

Calling it now, Memphis will win the AAC. As they get healthy they are going to be a tough out for anyone. Hagemann changes their team.

Was just bad luck we caught them her first game available. No tape, no way to prepare for how she changes them and they are a COMPLETELY different team with her.

I’ll be surprised if it isn’t South Florida. They gave South Carolina a semi-competitive game

Okay everyone can stop exaggerating about the player that returned for Memphis now… solid game. Nothing spectacular.
Good luck to them moving forward.
Tennessee won by double digits scoring 90 after scoring 139.
Sitting at 9-0 I think they’ve earned a little cushion for a slight drop in performance in terms of margin of victory.

Just no. If it was more than a cramp or a quick tweak she would never have seen the floor again tonight. I think it just scared her really badly and she over reacted. No way they take the slightest chance with her.
