That's because his answer is an obvious lie. No one I know routinely destroys their old phone especially on the same day you're meeting with Ted Wells. Turns out he had never destroyed any of his previous phones either. It was a pitiful, juvenile like excuse. So is it your theory that absolutely no wrong doing by Brady or any member of the entire Pats organization took place? That the massive fines,loss of draft picks that were accepted by the pats are are due to nothing more than a witch hunt? That the equipment guys that were fired were totally innocent? And finally that Ton Brady had absolutely no knowledge of any of it? If you believe any part of it then you're totally under medicated.

He didn't destroy that one, he simply replaced it. And it's painfully easy to retrieve the info from any phone without the phone. In fact, Brady even offered to retrieve it and was told not to bother.

Equipment people were suspended, not fired. $1 million isn't a massive amount to Kraft, and he accepted the penalty after appeal. Kraft never admitted to anything, said the punishment was crap.

And remind me what punishment Brady got? Oh that's right, none. So by your own dumbass logic, you now have to admit he's innocent.

So just to summarize. You really believe that there was absolutely no wrong doing,cheating or attempt to break the rules by anyone on the entire Pats organization? Everything was a total fabrication by the league because of hate and jealousy? Please answer just so I know if I'm dealing with a rational individual.

Yes fired and suspended are really different.... anyway the dumbasses
Are sitting at home wishing they had never trusted Brady. They have some new sneakers and other team gear for souvenirs though. Your right that a million dollars is not much to Kraft but still the largest fine in NFL history. All of that punishment, draft picks etc should be overturned since all of this is absolutely nothing. We'll see if that happens. So in light of what has happened so far it either has to be all or nothing. People who defend Brady and company have to ask themselves if they really believe that all that punishment was doled out and everyone was totally innocent or if someone might have actually done something wrong. Can't have it both ways.

Yessir, you are exactly right. Which is why I can't understand why the Pat s defenders are treating it like some sort of vindication. Kraft and the organization are accepting a heavy fine and loss of draft picks. It's pretty much an admission of guilt. The judge just ruled that the suspension was too much.

I've just about reached the conclusion that the people that defend this so fiercely couldn't be legitimate football fans. It's more about the idol/ celebrity worship of Brady. Those afflicted with is this man crush could care less about the integrity of the game. I would imagine that many of them have a large poster of Tommy hanging right over their bed.

You know whats funny? Orange plasma has consistently said Brady is a cheater. I have on two separate occasions asked him to provide evidence that backs up his statement. He has yet to provide any. Instead the only things he can come up with is whoever thinks Brady could be innocent is just a Brady lover with no sense.

You brady groupies are in the minority and are living in a fantasy world. The majority of fans will always view brady and the Pats as blatant cheaters. You act like I should have first hand knowledge of evidence so why don't I produce it. That's rediculous. That's what unethical people do is destroy and cover up. In both the Spygate and Deflategate cases, I think the Pats are "guilty" of doing things that every other organization does as well. I mean, Aaron Rodgers even admitted he likes the footballs a little more inflated, and has had the equipment managers prepare them accordingly.
