40-page ruling from judge that looks pretty damning. Not necessarily because Brady did or did not cheat, more or less about how the NFL handled the situation publicly and in private. I doubt the NFL appeals, it would just cause way too much distraction. Clearly the judge was trying to make the ruling air tight foreseeing any appeal by the NFL. The owners should just push Goodell to leave this alone and move on, they've already **** the bed. Even if Brady cheated, the evidence was always weak and the case itself was a joke / three ring sideshow circus. This should have never gone to trial or wasted judiciary resources. Again, time to move on...

The NFL needs to leave it alone.....this should be a collective bargaining issue and never ever reached the courts.

You realize the NFL filed in New York because their legal council advised them it was a slam dunk for ruling against Brady, right?

They actually didn't prove they did anything; they ruled it was "more probable than not" and ruled based on that.

So Kraft accepted a $1 million dollar fine and loss of a 1st round draft pick because they were innocent?

Do you understand the definition of "proved"?

$1 million to Kraft is like $5 to you and me. And I don't recall him graciously accepting it, he basically said "whatever" and moved on.
