They're all vaxxed and separated. If this was truly a health issue then she's making the personal choice that others wearing a ceremonial mask is more important than caring for her own health.

Masks are like the tsa, useless theater. This has been days from the beginning and the narrative is just more starting to agree. Of course midterms are approaching

I am more concerned with their rulings that actually affect people’s everyday lives, not some goofy litmus test that is unenforceable and impractical

I already said they were all vaccinated and boosted and tested regularly, as are the advocates, and that it likely wasn’t a huge increase in risk to her health based on the little I know about it.

So what point are you trying to make?

To me, the frame of reference here is simply that the other 7 all respected their colleague enough to wear a mask. Gorsuch is the only one who didn’t.

It’s douchey but probably not especially dangerous. I give it a -2 on the scale of public figure bad behavior, which runs from -10 (literally Hitler) to 10 (Dolly Parton).

that her personal health is no one else's responsibility except her own. She has the ability to work from her safe space but chooses not to. That she's lying and doing this to make a point. That's been the use of masks for this entire pandemic. I'm glad people in higher positions are finally starting to say enough is enough.

Voluntarily making a minor personal sacrifice for health or peace of mind of a colleague is not “taking responsibility for their health.” That’s just shrieking hyperbole.

It’s in your link that you didn’t read. Until recently she had been on the bench, with a mask. She then asked others to mask. One refused. She now streams in from her office.
