I remember a tight end by the name of Dustin Moore I think. He was beastly. Anyone know what happened to him?

Burnie veazey, benji shuler, andy McCullough. 5 wide in the late 90s was downright scary.

Larry Seivers, WR, circa 1975/76, 2x AA, never played a down in the Pros, was a step slow for the NFL, but had great hands.

The average age of this board must be too young to know this.

There's no point in taking one if you can't pass it. He was physically shot when he graduated

I agree there's no point in taking one if you can't pass it that's why you would sign him to a practice squad or something until he can heal....players get drafted all the time who can't pass physicals because of injuries

Jesse Mahelona played in the NFL.

Are we talking greatest Vol to never play in the NFL, or never live up what they did on campus??

Man most of you guys are naming people that played at least a little in the league. I would have to say one of the better ones to not play would by Michael Munoz.

I'd say Brett smith. Remember the td he caught to help us beat fl? That was an amazing play. I think it was our last win over the gators.

Dustin Moore was kicked off the team. I remember he had similar potential and hype to Cam Clear although I think he was smaller and more athletic. I thought of him immediately when Cam got kicked off.

Johnny Majors - 2nd in Heisman votes - lost to Paul Hornung from a losing ND team. Majors deserved Heisman - NEVER played in NFL (as OP 's thread noted)
