Greatest Vol Player that didn't play in the NFL?

I agree there's no point in taking one if you can't pass it that's why you would sign him to a practice squad or something until he can heal....players get drafted all the time who can't pass physicals because of injuries

I don't think you understand. He was not going to be able to continue playing football at a high level due to numerous injuries he had while playing at Tennessee. He had chronic knee problems (and I think back, but not 100% sure).

He played for the Skins ...briefly

I was wondering if anyone was going to bring up his "replacements" role ala Shane Falco with the skins during the '87 strike. Beat the cowgirls iirc. I always love seeing the cowgirls lose. My Giants didn't do so well with the replacements and didn't go on to defend their Super Bowl win that yr.

Munoz would be my vote.

Thanks Einstein :hi:

(btw - many of us didn't need to use google to know that injuries hurt his nfl potential. Just answering the OPs question.)

Actually a lot of people seemed to forget....that's why I made the post dumbass.

Always thought Munoz was waaaaaay over rated! The way Fulmer forced him to be a started as a freshman over clearly more talented lineman was shady.

I remember hearing about Tee winning the MVP of NFL Europe and then immediately getting cut by the Steelers.

He made it to the end of the preseason. They had a game in mexico city that he played in near the end (might have scored I believe).

But yeah he got cut right after that
