I hope Tony V never becomes Saban. The world doesn’t need more corporations.

Tony Vitello’s coaching just won the national title with a school that has never done it before. He’s a real life Ted Lasso, as far as I’m concerned.

McElroy and Herbstreit think people care what they think. They’re just two ESPN talking heads trying to keep themselves relevant. Put them two in a bag (then add Finebaum), they are all the same. All four letter words for all of them. TV is the best thing that ever happened to Tennessee baseball. That’s all that needs to be said.

And McElroy issued a huge apology on air this morning to Tony, Vol Baseball, and Vol fans. I figure he must have got chewed out by his bosses.

That's dumb. He obviously meant what he said when he said it. And he should be free to say it, as dumb as it was, without having to issue a lame "I shouldn't have said what I said when I said it" apology. And don't even try to patronize us with the "I'm as happy for Tennessee as I would be if Alabama were in that situation". That's bullcrap. Everyone knows it's bullcrap. Now, not only does everyone think you're dumb, but you're also fake.

Yea, there was no need to take a shot at CTV after winning a national championship. Sure his emotions got the best of him a few years ago, but he has since kept them mostly in check. McElroy should be embarrassed he made a comment like that. But i expect crap like that coming from classless bammer.

So McElroy has never said something in the heat of the moment that was maybe a little off color? Very few of us can say truthfully that we haven't made that boo boo.
