HBO's "Game of Thrones"

I picked up.something for you at Target..they had a bogo sale goin on..🖕🖕
wow, how old are you. You seriously can’t have a discussion on an adult level. Anything outside of your opinion is treated as ignorant and below you. It’s a tv show and other have different views. I’ve never said yours was wrong, just didn’t agree with it I terms of where the show used to be. Jesus, are you related to the show runners? Let I go man or just block me. The show sucks compared to what it was and I’m not alone in this. Many nationwide aren’t happy with the final season. It’s hard to top what they have done but this final season isn’t even close to as good as the others.

Jeez...it was joke. You just went full retard, you never go full retard..

See..that is a joke too..

Boom..it wasn't that hard to see that evidently.
well, FTR, i never said he wasn't a threat. i just said that the NK wasn't all that concerned with Jon. Jon wasn't the goal...Bran was.

there was never any inevitablity to a 1 on 1 showdown between Jon and the NK.

and yeah, by not fighting him, he can't lose. so it's at least implied that on some level he recognizes Jon is a threat....or any man wiht a val. steel blade for that matter.....

the whole thing came up in response to folks that were bent out of shape that there wasn't a 1 on 1 show down and felt like they were robbed of something, or that the show was 'less than' for not having it.

it was never about the level of threat Jon was or wasn't................

Look...me and you both loved it, and just how we perceived some of the nuance of it is a little different...so what the hell are we even arguing about? I forgot..🤔

you know, if you'd of led with that, i can pretty much guarantee none of what followed would have ever hit the interwebz.

Some people are more easily satisfied than others. I still think the episode could have been better, and I'm not sure how anyone can disagree the writing has gotten progressively weaker. Getting offended by criticism of a TV show is stupid.

Prediction for the end: After Cersei and Euron are dealt with, Sansa plots to kill Dany and remove her from the Iron Throne picture completely with the help of Arya in order to elevate the Starks due to Jon's refusal to stand up to her/claim the throne for himself (they were still building up that conflict, even in the Stark crypt).

Arya, fresh off of saving humanity and overconfident, gets caught attempting to assassinate Dany (maybe via fire, being unaware that Dany can't be burned). Dany, already paranoid and feeling emboldened due to the throne now being hers, orders Arya's execution (via dragonfire...something absolutely shocking and brutal). Jon finds out, flips out, and we get a dragon battle between him and Dany. Jon wins and abdicates the throne.

Not sure what happens after that. Sansa and Tyrion ruling together to unite the Starks and Lannisters would be interesting, but I'm not sure Sansa would/should get to rule after plotting an assassination. Maybe the throne goes to Gendry.

🤔 Uhmmm....no. I think the Faceless Men kill Arya for running away..I think Dany gets killed fighting Certs...Jon freaks out after being initially reluctant, and destroys the Lion-Kraken alliance...then abdicates...and then Sansa and Tyrion pick up the pieces and start rebuilding Westeros..this is probably not gonna happen either, but who freakin knows? 🤗

Based on the theory that all actions are foreshadowed........I draw upon Jamie's confession to Brianne when she held him captive about how he killed the mad king to save Kings Landing from immolation by wildfire. I figured Ol' Cers comes up with a similar gotterdammerung scenario so Jamie snuffs her to save everyone.

I agree, and style points for the use of gotterdammerung.

My understanding is Arya is good with the Faceless Men after killing the waif. The many faced God demanded a life and Arya delivered it. It was her graduation of sorts. They could call on her to do the bidding of the many faced God again. But, she seems to be free of them until then. After last week I'm starting to think Melisandre orchestrated the whole thing and Arya was always meant to return to Westeros. It would be cool to have Jaqen pop up and demand Jon or Sansa's head though.

You may have a point about that, I thought they were pissed at her.

And...sorry, but that would not be cool to me.
