HBO's "Game of Thrones"

I liked the episode, but found it frustrating due to so many questions. Also, don't like to see Brienne hurt, although I think there is a method to Jaime's madness. (But would he kill Cercie when she's pregnant?)

So does Arya kill one of those close to Cersei in order to take their face?

Is she aware of any of the players so she could plan ahead of time?

Maybe the commander of the Golden Company?

Book prophesy didn't come on screen-- Just about the three kids with golden hair and they'd all die. Nothing about the one she is carrying now. Don't think the show mentioned the brothers, did it?
Nope. Stops at the 3 kids being dead.

Same here, I was also upset at Jon sending ghost off with Tormund to the north. That's like severing off part of who he is.

That part bothered me too. Ghost was such a big part of his character for so long and then disappears only to be sent back off.

Other than that I really enjoyed all of the plotting going on. Still feel like there’s a ton left to see in only 2 episodes.

I figure Cersei admits lying about the pregnancy that’s what sends Jaime over the edge.

Euron could be the dude too...in the books one Greyjoy did sail to Dany to try and wed her.

Anyone think Dany shows up with an armored dragon? 🤔

Dany has greenish eyes too...

Dany's eyes are purplish..in the books. It is a Targaryen thing

The Mountain & Cersei were the last on her list alive I thought?
We saw Arya heading to Kings Landing with the Hound. The scene previous to that she was with Sansa learning Jon's secret (jon is dumb) Sansa starts telling secrets to the village criers, so that could be her only plan-- still, she and Arya could have come up with a plot to take out Dany without Jon knowing.

I doubt Arya turns on Dany like that without reason. Jon did the right thing, soon as Dany broke from crying & begging to giving that ultimatum I knew he would spill the beans.

Sansa unfortunately can’t be trusted and is playing her own angle...she wants Jon to be King. Everyone Arya wants dead from the list is in King’s Landing so makes sense she is going there.

I keep wondering if maybe Arya gets killed helping the Hound take out the Mountain. If she takes out Payne, and the Hound(with her help) takes out the Mountain, and Jaime takes out Cersei, her list will be complete. Well other than the Hound, who may have earned his way off the list.

So I'm assuming everyone had their predictions about how this things ends. Who dies, who kills who, who gets the throne

Did tonight alter anyone's predictions?
I just know it's going off the rails. This is all bad..just like I thought would happen. My Bronn theory was wrong though. I just hate that they are setting up Dany as a villain after all this. She is dead meat, and I think Jon is dead meat too, I think when all is said and done the "Little Bird" or should I say "Queen Elizabeth 1st" may very well come out on top. Pretty sure Arya is dead, the Cleganes are dead, Certs is dead, Jaime is dead, Varys is dead, Euron is dead, and I am reeeeaaallly on the fence with Tyrion. He could survive along with Sansa to pick up the pieces...that has been a pet theory of mine since I was reading the books 15 years ago.

Half hour now. Anyone else feel dated by this video?

Wow.... that intro does take me back. My family first got cable and HBO with it in February of 1983. The first movie I remember watching on HBO was Excalibur, which was playing in a heavy rotation... and then in June Poltergeist was on almost every day. The first HBO produced movie I remember was The Terry Fox Story... and I watched Jim Henson's Fraggle Rock too (I was 9). Back then, HBO would only show R rated movies after 8 pm, so if I wanted to catch a dirty movie, I had to sneak downstairs when my mom was asleep... Ahhh, childhood...

We still have one Red Woman on the board.

Should Varys be worried?

Does the Lord of Light still have an interest?

Don’t think they kill off that many.

Gendry on the throne in the end. I question whether he and Sansa end up together or whether she'll be happy being the Lady of the North. At this point, I think Gendry, Sansa, Bran, Brienne, and possibly Tyrion are the only ones that make it out alive. Oh, and Sam and Gilly.

They have definitely shown her as to only having her eyes on the prize this season ... since learning of Jon's heritage, she has only shown a concern as to how it impacts the succession to the throne, it just seems like an "Oh, my God! I've been f***ing my nephew." moment might have been in order.

That incest crap means nothing to her, she is a Targaryen, she is her own aunt for goodness sake. Why in the heck do people keep forgetting that?
