HBO's True Detective

Apparently Vince Vaughn looks to star in season 2 as a villain, along with 3 other leads. Yes you read that correctly. I like Vince Vaughn a lot, but I have hard time seeing him in True Detective.

Also mentioned as possibilities are, Colin Farrell, Tim Riggins and Jessica Chastain.

I don't have a link bc I'm mobile, but deadline.com has the story.

Vince Vaughn was a good villain in Rudy. Jk

Excellent acting. Excellent plot. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Rust and Marty have awesome chemistry. Just Excellent.

A long time ago he was good as a serial killer in Clay Pigeons.

Chastain is a huge fan of the show, but already turned down a part in season 2. Elisabeth Moss is likely to join the cast. Storyline for season 2 sounds great.

Colin Farrell and Vince Vaughn both confirmed as 2 of the 3 leads for Season 2. The last role is still supposed to be female.

Vince Vaughn was actually a pretty good villain in Domestic Disturbance. I think he made that movie before he did all the comedies, like Old School, and people forgot about it, because they didn't really know him at the time.

He started out more dramatic then went comedic. I think he can pull this off.

He was in the Psycho remake also. I haven't seen it, but it was another non-comedic role.
