Newt Gingrich got a pretty big Tea Party endorsement today. It will be interesting to see if he can capture lightning in a bottle for the second time on THursday when he rolls out Contract with America part deaux.

Unfortunate that Gingrich has made himself unelectable, because his politics and rhetoric are just fantastic. He is very regularly the smartest guy in the room.

Totally agree. But he's one of the least electable guys in the field

Agree on both counts, though I have to admit I see a slight opening based on his consistent performance during the debates along with the relatively poor performance of others. If for no other reason, would love to see Newt and Obama in an open debate.

At this point in his presidency I'd like to see Obama and any of my children in an open debate. Heck, I'd like to see him and any of the neighbor's kids in an open debate.

The bottom line is this country has 2 be run like a business.Hermans 999 plan would provide an instant shot in the arm to this economy.The key word is common sense solutions.God help us if we don't go in a different direction.:):):):):):):):)
